I Ate Some Kale and I Liked It

No, it didn't taste like cherry chapstick but if Katy Perry needs a new hit:

I ate some kale and I liked it,
drizzled on some tahini dressing
I ate some kale just to try it
Don't think my husband will like it...

The finished dish
Okay, I won't finish the song, you're right, I will keep my day job. BUT I will share the amazingly simple steps to make it. It was surprisingly good AND simple AND nutritious.
INGREDIENTS:
One bunch kale, one peeled carrot (that's it)
Some type of grain, brown rice or quinoa-

Dressing:
I found the recipe on the Joya Tahini Can. Mix equal parts water and tahini. Add a squeeze of lemon, salt, pepper and smashed garlic. I added a bit more water and at least half a lemon to extend the dressing.
STEPS:
Wash and cut kale leaves; remove the tough spine. Peel and slice carrot.

Bring about an inch or two of water to a boil in a pot. Place steamer basket on top of pot. Add carrots and kale, then cover(see below). Steam about 10 minutes. Place warmed grain on plate, top with vegetables and drizzle dressing on top.
