CRUNCHIFY ME

So I took Bobby’s advice at his new restaurant, Bobby’s Burger Palace, and asked for my LA Burger (avocado relish, watercress, tomato, cheddar cheese) to be “crunchified” ( Bobby’s term for adding a layer of potato chips).


Turns out the king of the grill was right and now I have something new to crave.This boy knows what he’s doing. The potato chips really did add a new taste dimension to my burger. Tasty sides include sweet potato fries with honey mustard horseradish sauce, traditional fries with a savory chipotle-red pepper-mayo and beer battered onion rings. Wash them down with one of the Palace’s signature shakes that packs 11 ounces of ice cream into flavors like Coconut, Blueberry - Pomegranate, and Pistachio. and of course you can get vanilla, chocolate or strawberry.

All so Bobby-licious!


Thankfully, Flay resisted the retro trend (why do you have to pretend it’s the fifties to eat a hamburger???) and furnished the casual dining room with a modern sensibility. Orders are taken fast-food style but guests are given a number and servers will bring the meal to the table.
